📝 BCL Policies – Both Cricket League

The main focus of Both Cricket League (BCL) is to provide a comprehensive as well as clearly defined system of registration for effective and meaningful participation by all its players. The following outlines policies pertaining to player registration:

1. Policies for Registration

Age Limit: Anyone from 5 years and above is eligible for registration.

Skill Levels: All individuals, from novices to highly skilled players, are welcome.

Gender Inclusivity: Both male and female cricketers are welcome without discrimination.

2. Registration Details

Online Registration: Interested members of the public should fill the application form on the official site, the BCL Website: bothcricketleague.com

Documentation: A certified form of identity and/or previous records of playing cricket and other supporting documents, if available, need to be provided.

Parental Consent: All players below the age of 18 are required to submit a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Fees and Payment

Registration Cost: An affordable fee becomes mandatory in order to register so that administrative and training expenditures may be recovered.

Payment Methods: Both online through the BCL website and at the retail centers of registration are accepted.

Refund Terms: If the payment has been made for the refund, it will be payable per the guidelines of the BCL Refund Policy.

4. Code of Conduct

Behavioral Considerations: Each player who registers is obligated to follow the BCL Behavior Code which encourages sportsmanship and respect for individuals.

Penalties: Breakages of discipline may result into warnings, suspension or cancellation of the registration.

5. Data Protection

Assurance of Privacy: Personal data that is gathered when registering is processed in line with BC Lung’s BCL Privacy Policy, which guarantees confidentiality and security of personal information.

6. Medical Fitness

Declaration of Health: Players are required to declare information on any medical conditions that could hinder their involvement.

BCL restricts fitness certificate requirements to ensure the safety of participants, but reserves the right to impose them.

7. Team Allocation

Evaluation: Following registration, players may receive skill evaluatons to help facilitate correct placement into teams.

Change of teams: Team change requests are handled at the discretion of the coaching personnel and the administrators of the league.

8. Interaction

Communication: Emails or other official means of correspondence will be sent to notify registered players of events, scheduling, and other information concerning the league.

Contact Details: Players are tasked with ensuring that their contact details are current to enable smooth communication.
