Welcome to Both Cricket League! By using our site or taking part in our programs, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions carefully.

Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is given when using our website or registering for events. If you do not agree with any part, don’t use our services.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement: All participants should be not less than 12 years old at the point of registration.

Skill Levels: Acceptable from total beginners to advanced players.

Inclusivity: Registration of both male and female cricketers is encouraged.

3. Registration Process

Form submission: All interested participants should complete the application form located on the official BCL website.

Proof: A valid ID and any relevant past experience or cricket qualifications must be provided.

Parental Consent: A signed consent from a parent or guardian is required for players below the age of 18.

4. Code of Conduct

Every participant is expected to:

Follow the spirit of sportsmanship, fair play, and respect other participants which include, but are not limited to, other players, coaches, officials, and other viewers.

Follow the guidelines which are provided by BCL.

Any infractions may incur a warning, suspension, or a complete banning from participation.

5. Fees and Payment

Registration Fee: There is a small obligatory fee that must be paid at registration to facilitate administrative and training functionalities.

Payment Methods: Fees may be settled through the BCL website or at set registration centers.

Refund Policy: Refunds shall be made only in accordance with the stipulations in the BCL Refund Policy.

6. Privacy Policy

Collection and use of your personal information will conform to outlined terms in our Privacy Policy. We take all necessary steps to protect your information and ensure confidentiality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the website BCL inclusive of the logos, texts, images, and videos are all owned by Both Cricket League and is protected under the relevant intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from using this without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

BCL shall not be liable for any of the injuries, damages or losses sustained in the course of participating in our programs. Such participants partake freely at their own risk and are in full control of their health and safety.

9. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be altered at any time without notice. Changes will be made effective immediately after they have been placed on our website. Continued use of the services once changes have been made means such changes will be considered those new terms.

10. Governing Law

The applicable law for these Terms and Conditions is the National Capital Territory of Delhi in India. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
